Our cruise ship guests are personally escorted by our knowledgeable bellmen from the hotel lobby directly to the Cruise Ship terminal located at the Vancouver Convention Centre at Canada Place . Enjoy a relaxing, carefree stroll along a park-like walkway as our capable bellmen, Jamal and Jean-François, navigate the luggage through the busy corridor of traffic straight to the check-in located at the cruise terminal, one level below. They are happy to provide service with a smile and engage in some very entertaining banter, too!
