Stayed for 4 nights post cruise and couldn’t be more satisfied. Staff were friendly and very helpful even allowing an early check in and late checkout. Room was just what we wanted with a separate living room and nice view. Had food delivered from pub next door to our room which was good as the Auberge doesn’t have a restaurant. Great place directly across the road for breakfast and loads of nice places to eat within 5 mins walk for other meals. Bed was really comfortable and shower was good including nice shampoo, shower gel etc. – Bertie C.

“Wonderful hotel, Right on the water, and without a doubt the most practical location between the waterfront tram station and the Harbor for getting access to a cruise ship. You will not be disappointed with the easy proximity to food shops bars in anything you might need before getting on a cruise.” – drcser

“Stayed here following a cruise, and very happy with the accommodations. Somehow ended up with a suite, and it was not very expensive, but it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful. They stored our suitcases and extra bags for us so that we could explore the city without luggage. They even took our bags to our room after it was available. They were also more than happy to set up a taxi for us to the airport the next morning. Very happy with this stay and would definitely return.” – Alex P

“We loved this hotel. We booked a king harbour suite and the views were incredible. The room looked exactly like it did on their website which is rare! It was really spacious and the beds – including the sofa bed my sons slept on were incredibly comfortable. The location is brilliant – right beside Canada place so easy to get around. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.” – Mairead3518

“I had a really wonderful stay here. Thanks to Ali for the free upgrades. Was very friendly and professional replying our emails. Definitely made the trip more enjoyable. Location was amazing and the rooms were neat and beautiful furnished. The views from the suite made me want to spend more time in it than outside. Hotel was close to a lot of awesome places and you don’t even need a car to get around easily.

I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing hotel downtown Vancouver that won’t break the bank.

“The location of the hotel is perfect, if you have business to do or are attending a fair in the convention center. Literally everything is in walking distance, also the train to the airport. The service is outstanding, from check-in to room service, the rooms spacious and compared to other hotels in the area, the price is really good. The room itself offers everything you need, one gets also complementary water, tea and coffee. Depending on the room, the view can also be very nice. Highly recommended!” – Miron R.
